Procedure: Your primary company doctor must request a quote via this site or by email at second.opinion@de-arbodienst.nl. A quote will be provided within 24 hours on working days. The quotation also includes an explanation. The request for a consultation will be scheduled immediately for the first available appointment. This is usually within 7 days and the consultation takes place at a neutral consultation location.
After the primary company doctor has received the signed quotation, you will be invited to the appointment.
The signed quotation guarantees that we can work independently and spend the time necessary to produce an objective report.
The second opinion company doctor conducts an investigation, of which the consultation is an important part. This consultation can last up to 1.5 hours (one and a half hours). After that, all the documents provided by you and the primary company doctor are studied. It takes a few days to draw up the report. It is then first emailed to you. After your approval, the report is sent to the primary company doctor.
